Los Alamos, California is a tiny rural town of less than 2000 people, a community unfolding, located just forty five minutes north of Santa Barbara and about the same, south of San Luis Obispo.  Set in the rolling vineyard and oak tree covered hills of The Central Coast Wine District, it is one of the last, truly authentic villages not overrun with fast food and tasting rooms. Rather, it’s a place where you can easily walk everywhere and is surrounded by the finest agricultural and wine region imaginable. The air is crystal clear, climate is mild with a little heat in the summertime, and most often cooled by evening sea breezes. It’s people are more concerned with the eggs their own chickens provide, or the tomatoes that grow in their backyard than the car they drive. Los Alamos is rare and special, welcoming to everyone and not without a few ragged edges to keep it real. There is tremendous opportunity for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, homes that are still pretty affordable and the sky is filled with stars at night. Our goal is to help those who want a new experience, a new place to call home.
